I don't know if you've heard the word on the street or if like me you are the last to the party, but Urban Decay has introduced a brand new Naked product and I for one can't wait to get my hands on it. Anyone with a keen interest in makeup that I ever talked to always told me that the one thing I needed in my makeup kit was either the Naked or Naked 2 Palette from Urban Decay. While I loved the colours and I loved the idea of them I just couldn't bring myself to spend 50 euro on a box of eye-shadows. I know I know, Urban Decay makes great eye-shadows but for me 50 euro on one thing just seemed ridiculous. Even though I love neutrals I just knew there was no way I'd use every colour in the palette and it would be such a waste for the six or so I would use. Well to the rescue comes Naked Basics which Urban Decay launched today. This palette offers six colours, four of which have never been seen before. The colours are Venus (soft, off-white demi-matte), Foxy (cream bisque matte), Walk of Shame (very light nude matte), Naked2 (taupe matte), Faint (warm, dusty brown matte) and Crave (deepest, darkest brown/black matte). Now for me this is the palette that will be on the top of my Christmas wish list (right next to Benefit's Go Tropicoral) and I know I'd use every colour in the box. Plus the fact that it comes in at the 25 euro mark makes me extremely happy. I don't feel like I'm just wasting my money.
